Parade Lineup Instructions

Lineup Instructions for the 2020 season will be published approximately one week prior to the the event. 

Check-In Point

Please send a representative from your group to the Parade Check-In Tent for lineup instructions and a Parade ID Card which will be handed to the judges in the reviewing area during the parade. The Parade Tent will be located at the south-east corner of 4th and Beale Street (Map below).

Line Up Time

Groups with floats and motorized vehicles should check in at 11:30am and must be in position by noon. Check-in for all other groups begins at NOON. All groups must be in their assigned place by 12:45.

Height Restriction

There is a height restriction of 13′ 5″. Any decorations taller than that must be collapsable to avoid power lines and other obstacles along the parade route.

Float Parking

Renovations at FedEx Forum are blocking off our usual lineup area on 4th street, so we are not able to reserve parking spaces for floats and vehicles after the parade. Vehicles can NOT be parked in the lineup area after the parade this year, so please make your own parking arrangements.

Pride Flag Volunteers

Anyone interested in volunteering to carry the giant pride flag, color guard flags, or opening banner, please see someone at the parade tent at noon for instructions.
